By purchasing from our website, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase. These terms govern the use of our website, the ordering process, and the sale of our handmade slime products.

All of our slimes are made-to-order, meaning each product is individually crafted based on your purchase.

Please allow 7-12 business days for processing and shipping of your order. Processing time begins once your payment has been successfully processed and includes the time it takes to create, package, and ship your slime.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. Shipping times may vary depending on your location, and we are not responsible for delays caused by the postal service.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been handed over to the carrier. If an issue arises with your delivery, please contact the shipping carrier directly.

Due to the handmade and perishable nature of our slimes, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed. This includes dissatisfaction with scents, textures, or other personal preferences.

Please carefully read the product descriptions and reviews before making your purchase to ensure that the product meets your expectations.

If your slime arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, please contact us within 5 business days of receiving your order. We may request a photo of the damaged item to help resolve the issue. In these cases, we may offer a replacement or store credit.
